Here is the family tree, so you can better understand the relations to everyone in the family. MacKenzie Family Tree

He is the leader of the family and the eldest of the MacKenzie family. He is only kind to his family, which consists of his wife, his siblings, and their combined kids. However, he has a small problem with his wife's husband, but rarely voices it out loud.

Being the wife of the family leader, this MacKenzie has some pull within the family that she was married into. She happily accepts the fact that they are all vampires, and she happily became one. However, she tends to show little emotion to those outside of her immediate family, which consists of her kids and her husband.

Uncle MacKenzie is a very interesting man as he is easily capable of doing anything and often lures innocent young women to his bed where he does as he pleases with them. Most consider him to be a man whore, but there is so much more going on with him then people would believe.

This little MacKenzie has very few problems being a vampire, but she also has a desire to be a caring young woman and try to fit into society. Yet, she knows what she is and happily accepts it with pride. And though she appears to be innocent, she still bites.

This son is the father's pupil, and believed to be father's favorite. He lives up to the family name with pride and refuses to let anyone tell him he is on the wrong path. He has desires to become the head family member soon after his father dies, but his impatience may cause more problems for the family than father would have imagined.

Stuck in the middle, this daughter refuses to let anything get her down and happily does what she pleases, but she always thinks about what could come from it. If it is dangerous for herself, or the family, she moves through her plans with careful steps so nothing is left behind. Because of her cautious nature, the younger family members often turn to her in order to fix a problem before father finds out. Though, this daughter doesn't forget who has done her wrong, so tread carefully.

This uncle is one of the more favored uncles, even if he deviates from the family's normal values. However, he still accepts the fact that he is a vampire, he just doesn't practice the family rituals as much as everyone else. 'Course, the little kids love him since he often brings them gifts whenever he goes away for a while, and he does travel quite a bit, yet no one knows why.

She had been the only female in the MacKenzie family, but having a gay brother did help, so she tends to stand up for herself more than what most may think. However, she still enjoys doing all the wonderful girly stuff that girls do, probably thanks to her younger brother. And she can be quite stead fast on her personal opinions, so don't be crossing paths with her if you have a different opinion on something.

Being apart of the MacKenzie family was something this man only dreamed of when he was a little boy and now that he is actually apart of it, he loves it! Before he married the woman of his dreams, he didn't have any ideas that the MacKenzie were vampires, so he is living it up in the new life he has grabbed for himself and demands his family adhere to the MacKenzie vampire ways or else.

This is the child that is rather unpredictable and quite random with her actions, but everyone knows she can be a deadly force to tango with. Not only that, but she is an excellent liar, so best watch yourself around her because you may just fall into one of her many traps. Though, she likes her uncle (Josh Holloway) the most out of the family and tends to enjoy listening to all of his little tales. Some say she even has a little crush on her uncle.

The life of a vampire is practically lost upon this teen since he doesn't see the allure of actually being a vampire. However, he does believe that he is one and still adheres to the family rituals. The problem with this boy is just the fact he doesn't want to be a vampire and may complain about it from time to time. Some also think he could be suicidal since he attempted it once.

This little spitfire has quite a few problems running around in her head and doesn't really like taking the shit of others. So, if someone said anything bad about her or her family (even if it wasn't to her face), she would hunt them down and beat them up. Having no problems giving into her darker side, she tends to cause more problems for the family than anything else, but she does love the MacKenzie family dinners.

He is not like the rest of the family since he believes that they are nothing more than humans and refuses to go with the ideals that he is a vampire. For most of his life, he had stayed quiet about his objections and had a secret normal life with normal food and drink while his family partook in the MacKenzie rituals. When he turned eighteen, however, he spoke out against the MacKenzie rituals and was quickly kicked out of the family forced to live on his own, but who knows, maybe he will do more then just voice his concerns to his family?

There are more MacKenzie family members than this, but these are the main ones in New York City and they all live under the same roof (for the most part).
